Urgent requirement: excavator operator (Wales)

We are recruiting: we are hiring an excavator operator in Wrexham, Wales. You will be based in an open-cast mine. You will carry out daily pre-start checks on engine oil, coolant, hydraulic fluid and track tension; break rock and concrete with the hydraulic breaker attachment; excavate trenches and foundations to the marked depths and grade levels; keep the cab clean and complete the daily machine logbook. Requirements: • Knowledge of pre-start inspections and basic machine maintenance • Awareness of site safety, PPE and lifting procedures 6+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. We offer £3,100 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
