Bakery assistant wanted in Boki

Now hiring: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Boki, Cross River State. Requirements: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics On the job you will handle: • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
