Dish pit attendant — Pratt County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a dish pit attendant in Pratt County, Kansas. The job is in a hotel kitchen. Day to day you will clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method. You should have: • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts 3+ years on the tools preferred. $3,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
