PVC window installer — Howard County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a PVC window installer in Howard County, Indiana. You will be based on a window-and-door production line. You will check the frame for square by measuring the diagonals; fit EPDM gaskets and brush-pile weather seals along the rails; fit fly screens, sills and trickle vents; cut uPVC profiles to size on a double-mitre saw at 45 degrees; fuse-weld frame and sash corners on the welding machine and check the weld seam. Requirements: • Comfortable handling and lifting glazed units safely • Accurate measuring and squaring to within a couple of millimetres • Knowledge of common hardware systems such as espagnolette and friction hinges At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
