Panel painter wanted in Brantley County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a panel painter in Brantley County, Georgia. The job is at a busy body shop. Day-to-day duties: • Apply body filler and block-sand to a smooth contour • Wipe down panels with degreaser and a tack cloth before spraying • Mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio • Compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss • Mask off trim, glass and rubber seals with tape and paper • Set the spray gun air pressure and fan pattern for an even finish Ideal candidate: • Skilled with HVLP and gravity-feed spray guns • Comfortable working in a spray booth with full PPE • Confident with wet-sanding and machine polishing We offer $4,800 per month plus benefits.
