Urgent requirement: we are hiring a structural MIG welder in Hancock County, Kentucky. The job is in a heavy engineering unit. You will strike and hold a stable short-circuit or spray-transfer arc; bevel and grind the joint edges clean before welding; check welds for porosity, undercut and lack of penetration; set the wire feed speed and voltage to suit the plate thickness; change worn contact tips and gas nozzles on the torch. What we are looking for: • Steady hand and good eyesight for tight tolerances • Willing to work shifts and overtime At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends.
