Join our team: we are hiring a safety marshal in Clay County, Tennessee. You will work at a busy construction site. Your main tasks: • Stop unsafe work and brief the supervisor on corrective action • Conduct job hazard analysis (JHA) on every new task • Inspect scaffolding, full-body harnesses and lifelines for work at height • Investigate near-misses and incidents and file root-cause reports • Take gas readings with a multi-gas detector before confined-space entry • Run fire drills and check extinguishers, hydrants and alarm points What we are looking for: • Clear spoken delivery for toolbox talks and inductions • Physically fit for full-site inspections on foot • Able to read and prepare RAMS and method statements Rotating shifts.
