Now hiring: we are hiring a track-type tractor operator in Kaiama, Kwara State. The job is at a civil contractor's yard. You should have: • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and uneven terrain • Good understanding of cut-and-fill and batter slopes Day to day you will maintain haul roads and keep drainage falls clear; follow GPS and laser grade control to hit design levels; rip hard ground and rock using the rear ripper shank; spread imported fill in even layers ready for compaction; strip topsoil and stockpile it for later reuse.
