You will knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; prepare the mise en place before each service; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service. You should have: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
