Join our team: we are hiring a plant operator in Henry County, Iowa. You will work in a packaging factory. Day-to-day duties: • Monitor gauges and stop the machine when readings drift • Record output, scrap and downtime on the production sheet • Change tooling, dies and moulds during product changeovers • Run the first-off piece and check it against the drawing You should have: • Good attention to detail and steady hands • Knowledge of lockout-tagout and machine safety • Basic record-keeping and part-counting skills Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
