Immediate opening: we are hiring a presser in Drew County, Arkansas. The job is in a busy laundry. On a typical shift you will use a pressing cloth to protect delicate fabrics; keep the boiler topped up and hold steady steam pressure; remove creases, wrinkles and packing folds with a steam iron; hang or fold pressed garments and pass them to packing. Ideal candidate: • A keen eye for scorch, shine and uneven creases • Comfortable standing long shifts in a hot, humid environment Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
