Immediate opening: concrete labourer (Minnesota)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a concrete labourer in Carver County, Minnesota. The role involves: • Backfill and ram down soil around the foundations • Mix concrete and mortar to the correct ratio, by hand or in a pan mixer • Hand tools and materials up to workers on the upper floors • Load and unload trucks of cement, steel bar and aggregate • Dig foundation trenches and pits with pick and shovel • Fix and strip shuttering and formwork for beams and columns Requirements: • Prior experience as a labourer on building or civil sites • Willing to work outdoors in heat, dust and rain • Punctual and ready to do overtime when a pour demands it At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
