Great opportunity: we are hiring a crawler dozer operator in Hidalgo County, Texas. The job is at an open-cast mine. Your main tasks: • Operate crawler dozers to push and spread fill across the site • Backfill trenches and foundations once services are laid • Work to the dig plan and the banksman's signals • Refuel the machine and record running hours • Cut and fill ground to the levels marked on the grade stakes • Grease pins and bushes and check undercarriage tension daily You should have: • Familiar with GPS and laser machine-control systems • Knowledge of daily greasing and pre-start inspections Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
