Immediate opening: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Pickaway County, Ohio. Your main tasks: • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow What we are looking for: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Willing to work shifts and overtime Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
