Immediate opening: we are hiring a tower crane operator in Steele County, Minnesota. You will be based on a busy construction site. Requirements: • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination • Sound knowledge of rigging and slinging The role involves: • Read and interpret the load chart before every lift • Follow hand signals and radio calls from the banksman or slinger • Watch the load moment indicator (LMI) and stay within rated capacity • Keep a safe distance from overhead power lines • Park up the crane, stow the jib and isolate at end of shift 6+ years on the tools preferred.
