Visual inspection operator — Boone County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a visual inspection operator in Boone County, Indiana. What we are looking for: • Familiar with ISO 9001 quality systems • Understanding of AQL sampling and tolerance limits On the job you will handle: • Measure finished parts with vernier callipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges • Carry out first-article and in-process checks on the production line • Operate height gauges, profile projectors and coordinate measuring tools • Check packaging, labelling and barcode accuracy before dispatch • Draw samples from batches according to AQL sampling plans • Escalate recurring defects to the line supervisor or QA engineer Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
