Maintenance painter — Highlands County

Join our team: we are hiring a maintenance painter in Highlands County, Florida. The job is at a property maintenance company. On the job you will handle: • Mask off windows, skirting and fittings with tape and sheeting • Strip old paint and wallpaper with scrapers and heat guns • Hang lining paper and wallpaper, matching patterns at the seams • Carry out snagging and touch-ups before handover • Apply primer, undercoat and two topcoats with brush and roller Ideal candidate: • Working-at-height / PASMA scaffold ticket an advantage • Own brushes and basic hand tools • Reliable, punctual and tidy on site At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
