Powder coating technician wanted in Mitchell County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a powder coating technician in Mitchell County, Iowa. The job is at a fabrication and coating plant. The role involves: • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating What we are looking for: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg Part-time with flexible hours. Performance bonus on top of base pay. $26 per hour, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
