Kitchen cook — Cameron Parish

Join our team: we are hiring a kitchen cook in Cameron Parish, Louisiana. You will cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down. Ideal candidate: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking Pay around $4,100 per month, based on your experience. Meals and transport allowance provided. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
