Kitchenhand wanted in Guri

Vacancy available: we are hiring a kitchenhand in Guri, Jigawa State. You will be based at a banquet hall. The role involves: • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method What we are looking for: • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) 5+ years on the tools preferred.
