Great opportunity: elevator technician (Alabama)

Immediate opening: we are hiring an elevator technician in Montgomery County, Alabama. You will work on a high-rise construction site. You should have: • 2+ years on lift installation and maintenance • Good head for heights for pit and car-top work • Working knowledge of EN 81 / IS 14665 lift safety standards The role involves fill in the service logbook and statutory inspection paperwork; rope up the traction machine and reeve the hoisting cables; install guide rails, brackets and counterweight frames in the hoistway; fault-find control circuits with a multimeter and test instruments. 3+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends. We offer $4,900 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
