Vacancy available: we are hiring a kitchenhand in McLeod County, Minnesota. On the job you will handle: • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard Requirements: • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
