Immediate opening: short order cook (Kogi State)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a short order cook in Adavi, Kogi State. The job is in a catering banquet kitchen. The role involves knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency. You should have: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
