Vacancy available: carpenter (Texas)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a carpenter in Lubbock County, Texas. You will work in a cabinet-making workshop. Day-to-day duties: • Build and erect roof trusses, rafters and stud partitions • Cut mortise-and-tenon and dovetail joints with chisels and a mallet • Finish surfaces with varnish, wax, lacquer or wood stain • Assemble bespoke and flat-pack kitchen units and fit worktops • Install skirting boards, architraves and dado rails What we are looking for: • Good eye for detail and a clean finish • Physically fit to lift, kneel and work at height Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
