The role involves: • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them You should have: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Accurate at weighing and following recipes At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
