Vacancy available: plant operator (Alabama)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a plant operator in Greene County, Alabama. The job is in an open-cast mine. Day to day you will grease the pins, bushings and slew ring at the start of each shift; carry out daily pre-start checks on engine oil, coolant, hydraulic fluid and track tension; keep a safe distance from excavation edges and overhead lines; excavate trenches and foundations to the marked depths and grade levels; operate the boom, stick and bucket to dig, lift and place material. You should have: • Awareness of site safety, PPE and lifting procedures • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. Meals and transport allowance provided. We offer $3,900 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
