Press operator — Dundy County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a press operator in Dundy County, Nebraska. The job is at a white goods manufacturing plant. The role involves: • Check stamped parts against drawings using vernier calipers and gauges • Feed blanks into the die and remove formed parts • Fit and check guards, light curtains and safety interlocks before starting • Carry out first-off inspection and report rejects to the supervisor • Record output and downtime on the production sheet • Set up and change stamping dies and tooling Requirements: • Knowledge of press safety, guarding and lockout-tagout • Familiar with die setting and quick tool changes • Able to read engineering drawings and job cards $5,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
