Mining dozer operator — Sampson County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a mining dozer operator in Sampson County, North Carolina. You will be based at a busy earthworks site. The role involves: • Form embankments and batter slopes to the required angle • Grease pins and bushes and check undercarriage tension daily • Push-load motor scrapers during bulk earthmoving • Clear land of trees, stumps and debris before earthworks begin • Rip hard ground and rock using the rear ripper shank • Refuel the machine and record running hours You should have: • Knowledge of daily greasing and pre-start inspections • Safety awareness around banksmen, trucks and other plant • Able to read grade stakes, drawings and site levels 6+ years on the tools preferred.
