Marble fixer • Oneida County, New York

We are recruiting: we are hiring a marble fixer in Oneida County, New York. You will be based at a kitchen worktop showroom. Requirements: • Knowledge of epoxy resin filling and colour matching • Confident operating a bridge saw, angle grinder and diamond blades • Good eye for joints, levels and overall finish On the job you will handle: • Cut out sink and hob openings in worktops on site • Polish stone surfaces to a high gloss using diamond pads and polishing compound • Grind and hone uneven floors flat before the final polish • Grout the joints and wipe off the excess before it sets • Lift and handle heavy slabs safely using suction lifters and trolleys • Restore old marble by honing, crystallising and buffing back to finish Full-time with occasional weekends.
