Immediate opening: cold store insulation technician (Imo State)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a cold store insulation technician in Owerri North, Imo State. Requirements: • Sharp eye for sealing joints and avoiding thermal bridges • Proven experience in thermal insulation and waterproofing • Confident using a gas torch to bond bituminous membrane The role involves: • Apply liquid waterproofing to bathrooms and terraces before tiling • Seal gaps around windows, doors and service penetrations with sealant • Torch-on bituminous waterproofing membrane to flat roofs, basements and foundations • Install vapour barriers and seal all joints and overlaps with tape • Fit acoustic insulation to partition walls and floating floors • Carry out flood and water tests on waterproofed areas to check for leaks Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
