Roofing foreman — Shelby County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a roofing foreman in Shelby County, Iowa. Ideal candidate: • A driving licence is an advantage for site travel • 2+ years' hands-on roofing experience • Working-at-height or scaffold safety certificate On the job you will handle: • Fix clay and concrete tiles onto the battens • Hang box gutters and downpipes for rainwater • Nail down asphalt shingles in staggered courses • Seal joints and penetrations with mastic and lead flashing • Insulate and ventilate the roof void • Torch on bitumen membrane across flat roofs Full-time with occasional weekends.
