UPVC welding machine operator — Buffalo County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an uPVC welding machine operator in Buffalo County, South Dakota. You will work at a busy uPVC fabrication workshop. On a typical shift you will clean welded corners on a corner-cleaning machine and chisel off the weld flash; crimp glazing beads to length and snap them into the frame; read the cutting list and optimisation sheet and label each profile; fit EPDM gaskets and brush-pile weather seals along the rails; check the frame for square by measuring the diagonals; fit espagnolette locking gear, friction hinges, handles and keeps to the sash. Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of common hardware systems such as espagnolette and friction hinges • Confident on the double-mitre saw, welder and corner-cleaning machine • An eye for finish — no scratches, clean welds, flush beads 1+ years on the tools preferred.
