Vacancy available: ironing operator (Nebraska)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an ironing operator in Burt County, Nebraska. You will work at a dry cleaner's. On a typical shift you will sort bundles by fabric, shade and order number; use a pressing cloth to protect delicate fabrics; meet the daily piece target without damaging garments; fuse interlinings and fusible tape on the fusing press; shape collars, cuffs and lapels using a tailor's ham and sleeve board. You should have: • Comfortable standing long shifts in a hot, humid environment • Physically fit to lift bundles and handle repetitive work • Aware of steam iron safety and basic machine upkeep 3+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift. Meals and transport allowance provided. Walk-in interviews this week.
