Assembly line worker — Carlton County

Join our team: we are hiring an assembly line worker in Carlton County, Minnesota. You will be based on the shop floor of a garment factory. The role involves: • Operate and feed production machines on the line • Report machine faults and stoppages to the line supervisor • Weigh, measure and label raw materials before each batch • Load and unload materials onto the conveyor belt • Keep the workstation clean and follow 5S housekeeping You should have: • Keen eye for detail on quality checks • Basic reading skills to follow SOPs and labels At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Rotating shifts. Performance bonus on top of base pay. $3,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
