Gas service engineer — Jackson County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a gas service engineer in Jackson County, West Virginia. The job is on residential and apartment building sites. Your main tasks: • Check every joint for leaks with soapy water and leak-detection spray • Install flue and chimney terminals and check for adequate ventilation • Lay and route steel and copper gas pipe runs to the appliance points • Purge air from the lines and commission appliances to the correct gas rate Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' experience on domestic and commercial gas installations • Clean, methodical and safety-conscious At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
