Counter butcher — Spalding County

Join our team: we are hiring a counter butcher in Spalding County, Georgia. You will break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; season and marinate meat on request; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts. You should have: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. We offer $21 per hour plus benefits. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
