CNC mill setter-operator wanted in Calhoun County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a CNC mill setter-operator in Calhoun County, Alabama. You will work at a precision engineering workshop. Ideal candidate: • ITI/NCVT certificate in machinist or turner trade • Proficient with micrometers, vernier callipers and dial gauges • Knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron The role involves: • Deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery • Load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control • Select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors • Machine slots, pockets, flats, keyways and contours to drawing 5+ years on the tools preferred.
