Urgent requirement: quality control inspector (Oregon)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a quality control inspector in Yamhill County, Oregon. Day to day you will inspect welds, paint finish and surface defects under inspection lighting; check visually for scratches, dents, burrs and colour variation; verify dimensions against the tolerance limits on the technical drawing; operate height gauges, profile projectors and coordinate measuring tools; measure finished parts with vernier callipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges; escalate recurring defects to the line supervisor or QA engineer. What we are looking for: • Understanding of AQL sampling and tolerance limits • Familiar with ISO 9001 quality systems • Prior experience as a QC inspector in manufacturing At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time, day shift. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Walk-in interviews this week.
