Join our team: we are hiring a kitchen porter in Columbia County, Arkansas. You will work in a hospital canteen. Your main tasks: • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks Ideal candidate: • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers Full-time, day shift.
