The role involves: • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter Requirements: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Accurate at weighing and following recipes 6+ years on the tools preferred.
