Rigger — Cass County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a rigger in Cass County, Illinois. You will work at a shipyard. On a typical shift you will take part in toolbox talks and pre-lift briefings; check sling angles to stay within the working load limit; set up spreader bars and lifting beams for long or awkward loads; tag and quarantine any damaged or out-of-date rigging gear. You should have: • Sound knowledge of working load limits and sling angles • Confident with standard crane hand signals • Comfortable working at height and in confined spaces Performance bonus on top of base pay.
