Tile fixer wanted in Amherst County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a tile fixer in Amherst County, Virginia. You will work on a new-build housing development. Your main tasks: • Spread adhesive with a notched trowel and back-butter the tiles • Fit tile spacers to keep the grout joints even • Make curved cuts and holes with an angle grinder and tile drill bits • Grout the joints and wipe off the excess with a damp sponge • Check the falls to floor wastes so the water drains away • Apply a waterproofing membrane in showers and wet areas What we are looking for: • Work neatly with minimal tile wastage • Skilled with a wet saw, angle grinder and manual cutter • Own a basic set of tiling tools (trowels, spacers, levels) Full-time, day shift. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Walk-in interviews this week.
