Day to day you will braze pipe joints and pressure-test with dry nitrogen for leaks; evacuate the system with a vacuum pump and confirm a deep vacuum; insulate the suction line with Armaflex nitrile sleeving; fault-find on PCBs, sensors and compressors with a multimeter; recover the refrigerant before dismantling or relocating a unit; cut, flare and bend copper pipe for the liquid and suction lines. You should have: • Can read electrical and piping schematics • Confident brazing copper and running nitrogen pressure tests • Two-wheeler and valid driving licence for site visits Full-time, day shift.
