Waterproofing applicator — Eilean Siar

Immediate opening: we are hiring a waterproofing applicator in Eilean Siar, Scotland. You will be based on commercial flat-roof projects. You will set out battens to the correct gauge and spacing; strip old shingles and felt back down to the deck; fit valley gutters, fascias and soffits; bed and point ridge tiles with mortar; solder and seam standing-seam metal roof sheets. What we are looking for: • Strong enough to lift tile packs and felt rolls all day • A driving licence is an advantage for site travel • 2+ years' hands-on roofing experience 4+ years on the tools preferred.
