We are recruiting: we are hiring a meat cutter in Kala-Balge, Borno State. You will work at a busy retail butcher's shop. Day-to-day duties: • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Season and marinate meat on request You should have: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
