Urgent requirement: we are hiring a core maker in Onitsha North, Anambra State. You will work on the moulding line. Requirements: • Knowledge of green-sand and resin-bonded moulding • Physically fit to lift heavy moulding boxes and castings The role involves: • Carry out shakeout and knock the castings out of the sand • Inspect castings for cold shuts, blowholes and shrinkage defects • Apply mould coatings and dress the mould cavity • Melt scrap metal and ingots in induction or cupola furnaces • Check melt temperature with a pyrometer before pouring At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Pay around ₦220,000 per month, based on your experience. Meals and transport allowance provided. Part-time with flexible hours. Contact us to fix an interview.
