Lathe operator • Marshall County, Minnesota

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a lathe operator in Marshall County, Minnesota. You will work on a production line. You should have: • Able to stand for long hours on the shop floor • ITI or diploma in fitter or machinist trade an advantage • Able to read job cards and basic engineering drawings On a typical shift you will load raw material and feed stock into the machine hopper; key in cycle parameters such as speed, feed rate and temperature; top up coolant, lubricant and hydraulic oil levels; measure parts with vernier calliper, micrometer and go/no-go gauges. Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. Overtime paid at a premium rate. $5,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
