Immediate opening: conventional mill operator (Kansas)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a conventional mill operator in Saline County, Kansas. Day to day you will mount workpieces in machine vices, clamps and fixtures and check for square; load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control; set up and operate vertical and horizontal milling machines; read engineering drawings and GD&T to plan the machining sequence; run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production; measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges. Requirements: • Proficient with micrometers, vernier callipers and dial gauges • Able to grind and set HSS cutters At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
