Ideal candidate: • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety • Steady hand and good hand-eye coordination On the job you will handle: • Strike the arc with high-frequency start and control heat with the foot pedal • Clean joints with acetone and a dedicated stainless wire brush • Run butt, fillet, lap and corner joints to spec • Inspect welds visually for porosity, cracks and undercut At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
