Now hiring: we are hiring a concrete worker in Jackson County, Indiana. You will be based in a residential housing project. The role involves: • Strip and clean formwork once the concrete has gained strength • Lay PCC blinding and the damp-proof membrane over the prepared subgrade • Erect and align timber and steel shuttering before each pour • Cure slabs by ponding, wet hessian or curing compound for the required days What we are looking for: • Willing to wear safety boots, helmet and full PPE • Hands-on with poker vibrators, power floats and concrete mixers Rotating shifts.
